YOu can do it - I felt like that after my 1st weigh in and sneaked a few bites of naughtiness - nothing major. But afterwards I felt mad at myself for giving in just a little.

Have some water, have a bath and relax - reward yourself for getting through the week. Week 2 is easier, week 3 even better still.
Thanks peops, hung on til supper time, have had my soup and a bottle of water and a black tea and think I'll get an early night hopefully I'll feel less rebellious tomorrow! Didn't even have a thought about cheating last week hopefully I'll feel that way tomorrow again! Argghhhhhh appreciate all the messages! Steph x

Well after struggling through yesterday evening very close to breaking, I woke up to a three pound loss and finding that one of my tops is suddenly quite loose on me! Today I love this diet!
