trying a new wi day might be good...is there a particular day of the week you find harder?
Maybe you should try a Monday WI for a while and see if it helps. If not you can always try other days. I find that Sunday is a good day for me to WI...it gives me the motivation to keep going the next week which I really need as I'm at home alone all day and it would be so easy to go off track badly.

Hey Gemmai think it may be a good idea to change w.i days .. I do a sunday morning from home, because weekends arw a challenge for me it means im extra good on a saturday and then sunday i can wobble in a nice way
and be a little felixble and start fresh monday xxxxx
