    I have been following ww since after xmas with a great loss of 4lb :cry:
    Im really struggling please help me as i have over 2 stone to loose xx

    I am not sure if i would be better with anoner WI day . The freedom sometimes is my problem.

    Maybe you could try planning your main meals in advance then you would always know how many points you have for the rest of the day. I have an 8 week evening meal plan so I always know what I will be having in the evening :)

    Snap I'm struggling too, my problem is that i hate wasting 7pp on breakfast ! and nothing else really fills me up :/

    I need to get back on track but somewhere ive lost my motivation

    I am re thinking do i change my WI day from Thursday till Monday?
    I am going to plan my day tomorrow , i always have oats so simple tho!

    trying a new wi day might be there a particular day of the week you find harder?

    I find after the weekend i struggle till my WI day thursday .

    Maybe you should try a Monday WI for a while and see if it helps. If not you can always try other days. I find that Sunday is a good day for me to gives me the motivation to keep going the next week which I really need as I'm at home alone all day and it would be so easy to go off track badly.

    I'm going for a weekend wi, Saturday so that I can have a little treat Saturday night if I do well (only week 1 so we'll see). Personally I think it's the best day for me, to help keep me motivated during the week.

    Just referring back to your original post, I know it's a bit of a cliché but just think, 4lbs off is better than 4 lbs on.... Keep going!

    Hey Gemma :) i think it may be a good idea to change w.i days .. I do a sunday morning from home, because weekends arw a challenge for me it means im extra good on a saturday and then sunday i can wobble in a nice way ;) and be a little felixble and start fresh monday xxxxx

    If it is a gain, just draw a line and start again :) You might loose and surprise yourself ;) If you ever need support or someone to talk to, just shout :)

    sometimes it just takes a bit of trial and error, what works for you might be totally different to,what works for someone else. You will find what works and once you do you'll be flying. 4lbs is a fab loss, keep it up. You can do it!

    Hi Gemma1986. I do ww online so weigh in on a Saturday and am finding it really good. I've always weighed in on a Monday before but now I can use a few weeklies on Saturday night and not feel like I'm about to run out.
