Feeling really strange these pazt few days.. Its day 15.. Ive lost exactly 1 stone.. But have weighed the same for 4 days now.. I know you shouldnt weigh too much but its so tempting lol

My sis was supposed to be doing it with me too but shes crumbled and had loads of lush food when her bf has been over.. I decided last night to go and buy some chicken and salad so gonna do a few ss+ days i think to try and keep me on the staight n narrow!!
 
I'm thinking of doing the same to be honest, I'm on day 10 and just feel like I need something extra. Just spoke to my CDC and she said it won't affect my weight loss at all but that I MUST have the 3 shakes still.

Yeah im thinking of just doing it wen im off work.. Only work 3 days a week.. Just the extra cost is putting me off.. £42 a week is enough without spending extra on food too.. Hmm
 
Hope it helps both of you - I tried it last week and unfortunately it reinforced that at the moment I cannot be trusted with food...so back to SS for me ;-(
 
Im feeling quite positive about it tbh.. Least i know i can have a little something.. And if i can be strict i kno ill be fine when i refeed.. X
 
I'm doing half the week SS+ and half the week SS .. i think this will work better for me :)
 
Im just gonna do ss+ when im off work.. So 4 days a week.. Is there a lost of foods somewhere we are allowed?

Alternatively it's in the 'dressings' tread.. I'll go look for a link for you!
I find it great being on ss+ love being able to have a munch with my OH at nights, makes it 100x easier for me!

I have the latest book, so to put your mind at rest here is what it says for SS plus.

80 g of any cooked or raw veg or salad from this list:
Asparagus, broccoli, cabbage (even pickled) cauliflower, celeriac, Chinese leafy greens (pak choi and Chinese cabbage) courgette, cucumber, fennel, green peppers, green salad levee (including lambs lettuce, radicchio, little gem and romaine) kale, leeks, marrow, mushroom, red radishes, spinach, spring onions, water cress.

With:
170g chicken or turkey breast, 180g tinned tuna in brine or water, 200g Quorn eg mince, pieces, 225gcottage cheese, plain, reduced fat, 230g cod, haddock or other White fish, 185g pre cooked prawns, 250g steamed tofu, 2 large eggs

Aww thanks.. I didnt get a booklet off my cdc.. I had some red pepper yday wgich isnt on the list.. Ooops x
