Hey, well I've been on SS 100% since Tuesday morning (had the meeting on Monday), and I found Tuesday hard, was hungry, but Wednesday was absolutely fine, and yesterday I felt really, really good, really energised and happy. Felt like I could really do this.
Well, today I was actually fine til about 4 ish, I'd only had the porridge so far and didn't even feel like I needed a shake, but I had it anyway, and since the shake I've been craving "normal" food so much. I haven't cracked, and I won't, but I've suddenly come on with loads of negativity My dad has just come back with the weekly shop, and whilst making some tea I was stuck looking at it all, and I think I could have easily eaten all 5 tesco bags. It isn't even that I'm hungry, it's just a huge craving, it's so so frustrating.
I think it might be because I'm only in week 1, and so haven't had a weigh in yet so don't know if it's working. I think after week 2, I'll be OK, because then I know not only am I losing it but WI1 wasn't just a fluke.
Did anyone else feel like they weren't going to lose anything? Sometimes I find this diet really hard and think I'm going to crack and will put all the weight back on, other times I think it's way too easy and I won't lose anything, it doesn't feel difficult enough.
I'm sorry if this annoys people who've been on CD for ages, as I'm only on Day 4 and probably coming across as being whiney and speaking prematurely, I just want to stick to this so much. Whilst I'm here, anyone with a starting BMI of 30, or starting weight of around 12.4 that could give me an insight into how much they lost? Might give me a boost.
