they are if eaten in large quantities, but you can have a small handful as a snack and it wont do you any harm. try to go for dry roasted rather than salted.
lol, i bet jelly satisfied your sweet tooth, just make sure you buy sugar free and you can eat that without putting on the pounds.

I realised I wasnt only letting myself down (badly) but letting everyone on here down too!!

I still prefer healthy food over the fattening food but was just snacking! and picking at sweets that were left on display for me!

Told all my clients to shout at me if they saw me eating them lol!
 
Well done for getting back on it Chel, its all too easy to slip back into old/bad habits, but good for you for nipping it in the bud.
 
You haven't let anyone down, you are doing so so so so well! We are only human and it's a journey with ups and downs for all of us.x
