Well done on your continued losses, stubbsey! This intermittent fasting business really seems to be doing the trick for you :D

I have no idea what "root canal" entails, but it sounds very scary and I don't envy you one bit. The only thing I've ever had done at the dentist, other than a scale and polish, was a couple of fillings when I was in my late teens, so I'm dreading the day when I'll eventually need something more serious - I'll be a nervous wreck! :eek:
 
It wasnt too bad, the worst thing wastheinjection, especially the fear of the injection. Once again i have freezing cold feet ugh!

Stef, tell him it was ok, you don't actually feel a thing once the injection takes hold, i am just a real wuss when it comes to needles, mine was a front tooth which has very long roots they go right up to the nose, and didn't feel a thing!

the dreaded curse arrived yesterday and arrived with evil menace too ughghgh so have to go shopping for doodahs today as i only have a couple left, don't fancy tesco but got no choice as need a few bits only they do.

was going to try to do a fast today, as my low carb megastore order has arrived and i have noodles, woke up rather hungry but hoping it will wear off. my friend steve was great fun yesterday at bingo, we really go for the catch up and as we are the unluckiest people in the world, i did win a twice two weeks ago, but that will be it for another ten years now. I also had a nice lunch with my other friend and arranged next week too so feeling less unloved now lol

hoping u all have a good day, and hoping to really catch up with some diaries today xxx
 
Oh brill I will tell him! Im awful with stuff like that I had to have a wisdom tooth out and they don't want to sedate me because of my weight (charming!) and wanted to do it on the dentist eeeek I ended up paying private and going a hospital lol ridiculous!!

Tesco wasnt too hectic tho the car park was rammed but the shop was empty i went to the one on the isle of sheppey cant imagine that all those people were on the beach tho lol bought myself a bottle of baileys for christmas, it will last a lot longer than crimbo tho... i want a little tipple but i also want to make nigellas nutella and baileys cheesecake over the christmas week while i am eating bad bad bad things... mmmmm

feeling a lot thinner today, tho i know i am not, my fingers now go around my wrists easilly, i think to be honest i am a bit anaemic during my monthlies, my doctor once told me that the way my totm is i suffer with anaemia and fatigue.. i had hoped that as i lost weight they would get lighter and easier, no sign of it yet tho. sigh

doing a fast today, so had miracle noodles i made chicken, mushroom, onion, celery, courgette, pepper with noodles in a soy sauce i stipped up one slice of ham too it was very nice, so far i have had lunch but i have another portion for dinner, still feel a bit hungry at the moment, it will pass!! i will have some boulion if i get hungry later.

Lunch sounds good - and the bingo made me smile, sounds like you have great fun - much better than winning :) (although both would be nice haha)
 
my friend steve is even more unlucky than me he has only ever won once! in all the years we have known eachother and we used to go regularly and still he only ever won once, i tell him they are saving him for the big one, we always share so i share my sporadic winnings with him. He is a really lovely guy so funny, we got on so well from the moment we met, he calls us the Dynamite Girls, and we have been known to plot and scheme putting the world to rights lol.

i have a headache tonight its not strong but its nagging and constant. not taken anything for it, i rarely take pills, lately i have had a few courses of anti biotics and i think they have caused me a skin rash like thrush, ugh i think they are a shock to my system because i dont often take meds. i needed them for my tooth infection and earlier i had some from the doc too.

found myself looking up some recipes earlier, why do i do that when i am fasting, i find i am looking at all the things i can try to do, then it dawns on me STOP LOOKING AT FOOD PORN... derrr

gotta pick my son up from station soon, i think i may need an early night i actually fell asleep on the sofa earlier!

He he yes thanks headache has gone, enjoying eating today, just had some mr porkys mmmm got lamb shoulder shanks cooking. I am not usually hungry the day after fasting wonder if totm has something to do with it. Watching Spurs v Arsenal scum match, i am a Tottenham born girl so they are my team but as my eldest has always loved Arsenal i have had to learn to love them. I am more of a yid than a gooner but always feel torn when they play each other!

my oh has a week off so there will be a few temptations to avoid. I have been so focussed lately there have been so many temptations and i have resisted easilly. If i had my way i would actually cancel christmas because i dont want anything to mess up my mojo!

Really should bake a nice king of cakes but unfortunately totm has rendered me a lazy slug!
 
Holy moses, i just had my dinner and it was fantastic! I made the lamb shanks and the cauliflower cheese recipe which was on one of the diaries it was sooo nice mmmm the best iv had!

been listing some stuff on ebay as its free listing this weekend still got some to do but had to take a break, just had dinner, roast chicken n veg it was lovely!

b. 1 bacon (all that was left) 2 eggs, 3 med mushrooms all cooked in knob of butter

d. Roast chicken, runner beans, cabbage, gravy
 
Thanks for clarifying i was confused! I thought hang on is this a young persons saying i am not familiar with lol i usually learn the lingo from my sons lol

Do feel really focussed and on top of it which feels great! On a sad note my favorite jeans are now too big and i didnt get to wear them much!
 
The legs of my size 16 jeans are like clown trousers. I have some size 14s which fit but not quite comfort enough last time I tried them - stupid out of proportion stomach, Tch. Definite NSV for you though - eBay them!
