it is funny, i see all these posts here and elsewhere about calculating what levels we need i even saw a spreasheet where you can enter all your details and calculate how many carbs calls u need etc... but i know i dont have a very high threshold for carbs because i have stalled before when i didnt really have that many carbs, yet looking back it could have been one of so many reasons that i didnt know at the time might stall me.

had my dinner and it was lovely mmm

b. omelette made with smoked bacon, mushrooms and red leicester 2 eggs n cream mmmmm

d. chicken breasts in one rasher of bacon, tomato puree and parmesan, cauli and spring greens

s. later will have some boullion if i get hungry..

been listening to my sons new songs, they are better than the ones he has done before... my tallented little man!!
 
well you dont have to fast its not part of atkins at all just something i decided to try! i waited until i found the diet plateau a little for me too. but basically the fasting that i am doing is the 5 2 plan, where for 2 days a week you fast and the other 5 you eat normally (normally for me being low carb) the only rules are that for a woman on fasting days you eat 500 cals or less and for a man 600 cals or under. there is no rule about how you eat them you can have breakfast and evening meal, but i save them and have a lunch/dinner and save some calories for the evening if im starving i have boullion or some ham. the other rule is that the fasting days can not be together you need to have one clear day of normal eating in between, you can also do any days you like it doesnt matter when as long as you do two.

there are other types one is called JUDDD and that is where you fast every other day, i couldnt do that i think it would be too much for me.

it is meant to help not only with weight loss but it switches your body to repair itself, it encourages a hormone to repair cells and is meant to help with all sorts of ailments and problems as well as help you live longer.. this article helps explain it

i average about 450 i have trouble finding something to snack on in the evenings that wont just make me hungrier when i start, i tend to stick to the boulion which tastes like chinese soup from the takeaway, the one i have i got in sainsbo its vegetable one and only has about 11 calories
 
Woke up at stupid oclock this morning n couldnt get back off ugh already feel a sicky feeling tired headache coming on .... I used to sleep soooo well grrr
 
i was ok, not a bug just lack of zzz and had a really busy day, hardly touched base. had to see my friend Steve last night too so didn't have any time to get on here. Got home wired from diet coke (i was good) and then didn't get off to sleep til at least gone half 3... woke up crack of bleedin dawn, so sick tired head welcome back!!

got the gym today too, which will feel like a mission, got my playlist ready to lose myself in the adrenaline rush, or die one of the two..

not sure food wise today, not hungry yet..

well i survived! and i loved every minute, its a shame i let it slip i was getting quite into it before building up my resistance and times now gotta start all over again!!

seems a nice gym lots of eye candy... oh i am so bad!!
 
well the sleep problem is getting worse, got woken up at 5am this morning and not been able to get back off, so weighed myself and another 2lbs off maybe being sleep deprived is the key to weight loss? jeez

i didn't eat much yesterday, only a packet of mr porkys and a fry up for dinner only had about 733 cals but i just couldn't face anything else. couldn't get online much either last night i was running around after the kids being a mums taxi and cooking at odd times.. joys of motherhood eh

i am out today, pubbing, lunching and shopping woo hoo

Sorry to hear you're not sleeping, that's so frustrating. I was watching the sleep programme last night on BBC, some good success stories in the end.

had an incredible couple of days, this morning especially.... not been around much so sorry to have neglected all you lovely people!!

Well i had an incredible night n didnt get home until 5.40 so made some tea then went to bed! Dont actually feel too old for this s**t which is how i thought i would feel.

broke thru stone barrier way easier than i thought, i am now in the 11s woot woot!
