Day 1 - 2.4.11.
Hope it isnt too early to start a diary as I only started my diet today
I will, no doubt, have alot to say in the coming days!
So..... So far I have had a vanilla shake for breakfast couldn't finish it, I really didnt like it
I made it in the blender with water and a few ice cubes, it smelled so nice then tasted not so nice lol.
Had a choc orange bar for lunch and feel ok at the mo. have had about half a litre of water so far but will def have lots more through out the rest of the day.
I bought the variety pack to start with so I could try out all the flavours (apart from the chicken one as I'm a veggie) then just order what I like for next week.
Still happy and positive, was feeling quite grumpy and hungry before my bar but after having that and a coke zero I feel much better.
Planning on a tomato soup for dinner
