Stuck in a rut

im stuck in a rut atm, for the last two weeks i have put on, i know why i did the first week but i put on 2lbs this week and have no idea how :-/ I had lost 9.5lbs but now its only 6lbs and im feeling really disheartened!

Need some advice on how to kick start! xx
 
Have you identified where there may be a problem?
Maybe you might want to add a food diary on mini mins and let others check it out for you?
