stuff large field mushrooms and peppers with batchelors savoury rice and lean cooked bacon and top with 1tsp parmesan only 1/2 syn each on the EXTRA EASY PLAN and makes a change. I sometimes do this for myself when the rest of the family have chips/wedges as an alternative.
