Stupid question but its confusing me!

Are the shakes used for refeed the same shakes used when on TFR?

My chemist gives me the same standard shakes (male ones). Yorkshire Adam went for the female shakes.

There are maintenance products for after refeed, but as far as I know the refeed is the same shakes.

You use the shakes up until like day four then you can use the maintenance products

I am using the TFR shakes until I run out which will be about day 10 then I have the free samples of the maintenance products before I need to buy any.

Yep my pharmasist didnt have a clue about refeeding, when I was there talking to him about it because I was so worried, he was saying "you can have a potato on day 6 i think" and I was like "no its day 4 you can have up to an 8oz potato"

I was really disapointed that he didnt know much about the refeed..

But hey thats what this forum is for

My Pharmacist is really up on the refeeding/maintenance. I will try and type up the info she gave me when I am nights on Tues and Wed for you if she cant get her hands on it.

sounds so niave didnt know you still had to follow program on refeed thought u just ate heathly my chemist also dont know anything about refeeding !!!!which dont help lol so any advice would be great well 2 b fair i got ages left yet but still nice 2 know !!!
