Nothing but Fuzz!
Hi everyone I've just started refeed today after 12 weeks of TFR and losing 5.5st.... I've had 2 shakes and some salmon... I know I'm being soft here but I really am so scared of putting weight on... I'm following the refeed plan to limit any water weight gain etc but still got the fear! Just looking for some reassurance that I won't gain .... Is there anything I should avoid??? xx
