I have done slimming world before but doing red & green days. I do it from home as work gets in the way of classes, I have all the books and subscribe to SW online. Right now for my question, in the magazines on the recipes when it says free on EE does that mean that the 1/3rd superfree is already incorporated in the recipe or do you still have to add this??
I have just started SW again and have thought about trying EE as I always struggle with my HE's
