Subscribed Threads / watched threads / Alerts

Hi,

I know the alerts are not working as expected. I have even seen it for myself on some testing I have done. I need to sit down and read through the code.

However, it got me thinking as to how did we do it without alerts?

When you write on a thread you are automatically subscribed to that thread.

To find all subscribed threads click on the Watched Thread at the top left.



This will list all the unread threads that have replies that you have contributed to.

I have done some custom coding to highlight the Watched Threads with a red box and a number of unread threads. Regardless if alerts for threads with replies or not this is persistent until you have read all of the threads in your Watched Threads. Unlike the alerts which can disappear once you tap on them.
