Subsisting Skimmed milk ?

WOW It's been a while... (Going to be doing a diary this time)

I am going to be starting off on step 2.

Problem is I do not like skimmed milk, BUT I need to have the calories as well as the calcium.

Anything else I can have instead?
 
Maybe yogourt but check your book :)

SW 13,10; W1-8lbs W2 -2lbs W3 -0lbs W4 -5lbs
 
Plain yoghurt or semi skimmed milk. The table at the back of the book shows all the different options for the various steps allowances.
