Hey, I fancy a subway wheat bread with turkey & cheese all the salad and light mayo and ideas on the points....

Also I'm going to the cinema any ideas on the points for cinema popcorn or should I have stay away from it...

Im sure someone posted the other day that subway have all their nutritional information on the website, so you could use the points tracker. Also in the points section is a thread on popcorn im sure ive seen it somewhere lol
