Subway sauces

I know subway do a decent salad, and possibly with the sub of the day in platter form - rather than the bread.

Any idea of syn values of the sauces? - I'd imagine the onion sauce would be the healthier option?

Any idea of the syn values of these? - would be nice to not have to worry about a packed lunch for the odd day.
