Subway

I had a subway for lunch today. I had 6"wheat bread with turkey and ham, full salad. No sauce and no cheese. Is this really only 4 points or am I reading it wrong?

Yeah that's where I got it from. I just find it weird that 2 slice of wholemeal bread is 3 points and a subway is only 4. Anyway I am not complaining

I could kiss you for posting this. I would never have thought a sandwich from here would be as little as 4 points. I love subway. I have now booked a day off work to go shopping to the metrocentre next week and I'll be having one for dinner.

Take a look in the Eat out guide - there are loads of subway sarnes in there and most - not all - are reasonable points wise
