I hope someone will be able to help me with a query.
I'm an ex-SW member thinking about going back again. When I went before it was very successful for me - but having stopped going (that was my downfall really!) and also having had a baby I'm back where I started...
For personal reasons I want/need to lose some weight quickly now.
So, I was wondering if I could do Success Express every day, and if I focussed on using S/SS foods as well - what would my likely weekly weight loss be? I would also go swimming 3/4 times a week. Does anyone have any idea or can anyone offer any advice?
