hi, yes my one does to and only got it a few weeks ago! if it worked before it will still work i say! gonna give it ago as i have been a bit off plan!!!!!! the last few days! good luck everyone se here we come!xx

I'm going to do it for the next 12 days to give me a boost before my hols. Last time i did SE i lost 6.5lb that week so it definately works, good luck x

good on ya! i find it the best quick loss diet to follow. I've done fast forward......never again haha, keep up the good work

at one point i thought i was going to be sick as i was sooooo hungry, i felt sick all the time and had no energy, none the wonder you're only allowed to do it for 1 week
