Such as a disaster day! :(

I thought for my 810 meal Id have chickpea burgers and a cucumber raita.

In the end, I hated the raita cause I used greek yoghurt. In the end I had 200g pot of natural yoghurt 0.1% fat, took 50g out and added some water flavouring.

For protein, I thought Id have the chickpeas but then decided to have a hard boiled egg, but under cooked it so had a poach egg. Must have had at least 10 1 cal sprays.

Thought I used most of my veg allowance in chill and spring onions, but I didn't eat them in the burgers so had 30g of lettuce instead.

I also had a can of coke zero!

Hmm. I wish it was more simpler. Also scared of gaining weight.
