Morning,
menus are looking nice And crispy cabbage is gorgeous, I sauté mine in butter usually.

the heat is putting everyone off eating hot, salads are handy in this weather

Well after a few weeks of rubbish (dad was in hospital and had to travel 25 miles each way to go and see him) has been a nightmare. He's home now though so will be back on Atkins tomorrow

Breakfast today was
Fried bacon, 1 chipolata sausage (0.8 grams of carbs), 1 slice black pudding and fried egg
