    oh wonderful ... im currently on exante and am considering coming onto atkins so am researching everything before i start ... i didnt lose a pound this week on exante and was 100% so a bit miffed.

    Hi julied, thats a shame you didn't lose anything, i was on Exante before coming on to Atkins i did lose but just couldn't stick to it so decided to come here, good luck if you do make the change.

    yes exante has been working well i have lost 21lbs in 5 weeks and then no loss this week so 21lbs in 6 weeks which is very good just a bit miffed with this week, i stick to it like glue too, i want to lose about the same again so may change i certainly think if im eating food atkins is good for me x

    Good luck if you choose to switch. But you have to be 100% on this too otherwise you wont lose :)

    Thanks for the advice everyone and yes diet kitty i am very motivated so sticking to atkins will be easy especially with all the delicious food you can eat x
