Sugar Free jelly

Hi does it need to be any sort as ive just been to Tesco and they had 2 sugar free ones, one was lower in carbs, fat and sugar than the other is it best to go for the lowest??

also always wondered which ones to buy. have not tried any yet! think i will have to soon for the sweet kick!

I always buy the (Harley's) sachets (for storage convenience) and make them up myself into a tupperware... I never have more than half a made up sachet per day (equivalent of two x yoghurt tubs). Any more would be "greedy" I feel!

If you are buying the ones in tubs I think you will find one is sugar free and the other is low calorie and contains sugar.

I'd say the Hartley's sugar free ones are the best way to go.
Didn't even know you could have those in Attack. I think I'll go get some tonight!
I'm not a big fan of yoghurt, so this will do me fine instead of yoghurt
