I thought that s/f jelly crystals were free? Can any one help as i thought I was havin a syn free dessert!

No they are not free and havent been free in the 13 years I have been a member. Syns will vary depending on brand, Harleys sugar free sachets are 1.5 syns each but you can just use 1 syn per 20 calories xx
