    Any, thinking about doing weightwatchers again
    I was just thinking as im not a tea/coffee drinker but i fancied a cup of tea but was unsure of how much points is a cup of tea? and how much is it with sugar? thanks

    tea itself is nothing, milk is points depending on if its skimmed etc not sure about sugar sorry.

    Hiya, 1/2 tsp of sugar is half a point. I have sweetners in my tea and love them. They are 0pts. A quarter of a pint of skimmed milk is also 1/2 a point and that should make you a couple of mugs of tea. Hope that's of use to u x
