I am like you, I know I am in this for the long haul. 10stone plus is not going to disappear overnight. (I am meaning my weight here)

I think if I could get to my next stone shiny... (5stone) I will start feeling like I am the downward slope and it might give me a boost. At the moment it still looks like such a huge amount to loose!!

Woke up with a sort of smile on my face... I am happy but been awake with toothache from hell all night! BUT not letting it get me down....

SO POSITIVES...

1. It's sun shinning and feeling like Spring!!

2. 2 weeks today I pick Alfie up!!!!!!

3. It's Friday tomorrow!!

4. I am off to my wonderful Mums for tea tonight!

5. I may have fallen of the wagon and I might be struggling a little BUT I am still 4 stone lighter than what I was and feeling a lot healthier than what I was!!

I am on a EE day today, breakfast & lunch the same as yesterday and I am at my Mums for tea tonight!

Nervous about tomorrows WI, I know that 4 days (Mon-Thur) will not be enough time to make up for a week and a half of binge eating!

I think I am being very optimistic hoping for a STS!! :-/

I will take it on the chin and move on!! (actually I don't want the extra pounds on my chin, I will have them back on my boobs please!!!) xxxx

Morning.... TFI FRIDAY!!!!

WI this morning.... Drum Rolllll....

1lb off, I am very happy with that, I would have deserved a gain!!

And It means I am in my teens again!!

Positives for today are easy then!!!

1. IT'S FRIDAY!!!

2. I lost 1lb

3. I am in my teens!!!

4. I got some pics emailed to me last night of Alfie @ 6 weeks!!! I really hope the next 2 weeks fly by!!! I cant wait to pick him up!!

Here is a pic at 6 weeks old, Alfie is the darker one stood up!!

Argghhhh... I have been awake ALL night with toothache from hell!! It has been soooo painful! I have perfect teeth and never suffered with it before! :-(

I haven't had a wink of sleep all night and feel dopey from the painkillers!

Really hope I can get in the dentist today!!

So, a new weeks starts... I need to loose 1lb this week to get my 4 1/2 shiny!!!

Positives for today....

1. I WILL get my 4.5 shiny this week

2. My tooth hurts that much I won't be able to eat anything!! Lol

3. It's another day closer to picking up Alfie, then Easter... Then my week off work!!!

Food for today...

Seriously struggling with my tooth, I have packed a Cous Cous mugshot to take to work and I don't even know I I can face that!!

But hey ho.. The Sun is Shinning!!! xxxx
