sugar i am so glad you took the plunge straight away, its what i wanted to say to you yesterday but know not everybody would agree.

our house was so empty for so long and the more we left it the more i doubted we ever do it

libby is the best thing we have ever done and my belief is that charlie would be glad you had somebody new to love as much as you loved him

i like alfie, he looks like one :giggle:

I am glad we took the Plunge straight away, it has put a smile back on our faces!

I am still shedding a waterfall of tears each day but then I look at his little face and makes things that bit easier.

Having a little puppy in the house is going to be so different, Charlie was an old man and had really slowed down! We're not going to know what had hit us!!

Alfie is Hubby's Fav name at the moment. The breeder is going to send me a another pic in a couple of weeks. She said he will have changed loads by then and maybe a name will jump out.

Omg how cute is that puppy?!?!!! He is gorge I like Henry too, Alfie isn't right for a dog but a little biased with this as my best friends little boy is called Alfie lol!!

Back to work today, so hopefully my eating can get back to some kind of normality!

Will start my meals plans in here & my positives @ weekend. Untill then I will just pop on to say hello and ramble a little!!!

I am hoping a Squeeze a small loss out this week but it will be from not eating enough rather than being good and sticking to plan!

Once my new Puppy is here and able to go out, I am planning some long walks each night!! Will help with the Body Magic!!!

It was good to be out of the house to be honest! My colleagues were fab, definately easier talking to the ones that have animals!! I think the ones without them may have thought I was a little crazy!! LOL.. They were still very nice though!!

First day back at work out of the way... It was ok really!

It just brought it all back to me though when I came home to an empty house! :-(

I have decided that I am going to start my positives from today.... (my menus
Will commence again on Sat - after I have done the big shop!!) lol xxx

3 positives...

1. I was supposed to be in Birmingham on Friday at a meeting but my Fab boss has said I don't need to go, with everything that has gone on!! (I am sooo pleased it would have meant me leaving the house at 5.30am and not getting back till 9!!!)

2. Only Cried twice yesterday... That's a HUGE improvement!!! LOL

3. I pick up my new car today... It's the first day I have felt excited about it!! xxxx
