Happy Hump Day everyone!!!


WI day today.. Why do I get so nervous??! I am hoping I have been able to recover from Fridays antics & still have a little loss!!

I have just been and put my Dinner on the slow cooker. Lean pork medallions slow cooked in a sin free bar b q sauce! DELISH! Having it with a ton of carrot & turnip mash!!

Menu for today

Breakfast - Muller, banana & apple

Lunch - Ham salad, with a ton of SF & a touch of salad cream (2)

Dinner - Pork chops, sin free bar b q sauce and carrot and turnip mash!

Excited about next weeks meals, I have planned all my meals and I am trying about 5 different recipes from this months mag! So watch this space for pics and reviews!

I'm sure it will be a good result but even if not you have a good plan for the week ahead so it will be a fab result next week :)

Well done for WI hun, I am sure you'll be fine...it was only 1 day, you know you can easily recover from that.

Well done on planning the menus ahead, you're food pics always make me :drool:

Still smiling from WI...

Just need another 2lb next week to get my half stone award. (Technically 2 1/2 stone in totally)

I have set my self a goal of 4 stone lost by August!! (My birthday!!) This equates to 2lb a week, which I know from last time I can achieve, when I set my mind in it!! :)

Food for today

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (b), banana, muller light

Lunch - ham salad - apple - salad cream (2)

Dinner - Off to my Mums! Usually meat and veg, so should be sin free!

Saving my sins Today, for my medicinal bottle of Red on a Friday night!! ;-)
