Monday Morning is here again! Where do the weekends go??!!

Had a great weekend - 100% on food plan. Red wine consumed but all sins consumed! :)

Another 100% day today planned

Breakfast - Banana (feeling a bit icky this morning!)

Lunch - Ainslies Thai rice (sin free) with onions, celery, peppers and Sweetcorn through & some sliced ham!! Yum!

Snack - Apple

Dinner - Sin free Cheesy Tuna Pasta Bake (A) from this months SW mag - will let you know what it's like!!

LIGHTBULB MOMENT INCLUDED IN THIS POST... Lol

I didn't have the cheesy tuna pasta bake.. As I realised I had forgotten to pick up a couple of the ingredients. So tea was yesterday's baked bean lasagne & roasted veg!!

It tasted even better on the 2nd day!! Soo full again!

Our consultant said something at class that really made sense .. She said that you should never eat tea on your knee, whilst watching telly!! Your body & mind don't realise you have just had a big meal because it's been focusing on the telly!!

So Hubby & I have made a pact to always eat at the table, with no telly!! It has made such a huge difference, we have both noticed that we are much fuller after meals! It's also good for our relationship! ;-) We enjoy a nice hour sat at the table eating slower & talking!!

I CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!

Those who know me know I ave an extremely stressful job, as does hubby, so we have had to force ourselves some nights but we have always been glad that we did!! Xxx
 
I love sitting at the table with hubby, its nice just having that half hour alone time xx

Breakfast - 2x Weetabix (b) with muller and banana

Lunch - Ainslies Thai Rice with onions, peas, carrots, Sweetcorn and peppers! Yum!

Dinner - Sin Free sweet chilli sausages, frilled onions, peppers and rice

Only sins used today are 2 for a drizzle of salad cream!

WI Day!! :-/

I sneaked on the scales yesterday evening & I wasn't showing a loss!! :-( So I am stressing about class now!!

Just keep telling myself, I know I have been 100%, so chill! Lol

Maybe it's because it's my period week?

Meals for today...

Breakfast - Apple & Banana

Lunch - Muller light & fruit

Dinner - Harrissa Roasted Veg & watercress salad (from this months mag!)

See how stupid i am being, I am not eating my weetabix or rice salad because its WI day!!!
 
So stupid ;)

Just kidding - we all tend to alter food on wi day - I'm going to try and change that habit. One day :)
