OMG.. Ladies... Please kick me up the ass!!

I was so worried about the potential gain, I didn't go to class!!!

HOW STUPID AM I!!

I am on my period and I Won't know now if I did or didn't gain!!! Then if I did, the bumper week I have planned wont show!

Sooooo cross at myself now and feel so stupid! Can't make any other classes in the area! :-(

Going to find a lonely corner and hang my head in shame!

I need to get a grip, everyone puts on at some point!!!

When I have done the same in the past, on numerous occassions, what I do is, tell myself that I gained, and have to lose that by next week, so, then you have a really good result xx

I am still totally on plan, I don't think I was ever off... I was just so upset at a potential gain! Which I know is PATHETIC!

I certainly won't do it again!!!

Happy Monday....

I haven't peeked at my scales since last Wed!!! (Well done me!) lol

I went out for a romantic meal with hubby on Sat night but apart from that I have been on plan.

Well when I say on plan... I have kept within my sins, ate lots of SF but I have not been eating my B's!! I know have my Aplen light bars, so I can have them if I am struggling now.

Not confident for WI but I am going to go, see what the scales say and get straight back to loosing!! One little gain won't throw me off plan, I just need a couple of good weeks to claw or back.

Still averaging 2lb a week... Which is what I need to have lost 4 stone by my birthday in August! :) x

Well done for not weighing and eating well. You may be surprised on Wednesday. No reason for your body to gain once TOTM beggers off. Keep up the good work and don't go hungry, that way you're less likely to crave naughty food.

Meals today

B - Apple & Banana

L - wholemeal barn (B) with tuna and salad - muller light

D - tarragon Chicken with mushroom and shallots, recipe from mag! Served with COus COus and sugar snap peas

WI tomorrow .... EEK!!!
