SugarPlum (24st) to TinkerBell (12st)

Still in shock from my 0.5lb loss... I consider myself a very lucky lady!

It has certainly spurred me on to be good over Easter!

Meals for today

B - Nothing (feel so ill - bloody typical, just on time for Easter!)

L - WM barm with a ham salad. (b) Banana & Alpen Light Bar (3)

D - Chicken, potatoes and vegetables

Sins for the week so far - 3
 
Where did that weekend go... Mine was a blur of chocolate and takeaways!

When I fall off the wagon, I fall off on style!

Been a bit of a rollercoaster weekend!

My diary of late reads alot about falling off the wagon and its a miracle that I have not put weight on! (Which is why I have probably got complacent!)

Whilst I haven't put weight on, I certainly haven't been loosing anything substantial! 1lb here and 1/2 lb there!

Really ready to getting my head and heart back on plan... Class this week is going back to basics, which is exactly what I need!!!

Thanks for the support Hun... It certainly is a rollercoaster!

I have been fortunate not to have gained since Jan but my losses have slowed down so much because I keep having bad days!

WI today & fresh start, Easter is out of the way.
 
WI day & my lovely * week makes an appearance!

Looking forward to getting WI out of the way, dusting myself off & getting stuck in for a fab week!

My issues is I am prob having 5 days on plan and 2 days off, so I am not gaining weight but my losses have slowed right down!

My challenge to my self this week is to have 7x 100% days.

I am bringing home some diet sheets, so I can start recording everything again!

I will also go back to recording every meal on here!

7 days @ 100% should see a good loss next week!!!

BACK TO BASICS HERE I COME!
 
Good luck with WI today. Look farward to hearing how you get on with your plan for 7 days at 100%. I plan my meals for the week and then shop online to make sure I have everything in, that way there is very little deviation from plan. Good Luck xx

I have no family events this week, so I am really hoping for a good loss!

Sorry didn't update after WI last night, couldn't get on minimins!

I put a 1lb on.. After the Easter weekend, I am very happy with that & it could have been a lot worse!!

Raring to go for my 100% week!!! Back to basics for me.. Diet planner sheets out, book re read last night!!

Food for the day

B - Alpen light bar (3) & banana

L - wholemeal barm (B) with ham & cucumber. Apple

D - chicken, mixed veg & new potatoes

A - milk for coffee

Sins for the day - 3

Sins for the week - 3
