well its day 7 on SS for me today so far its going pretty well :)
i havent got my first weigh in until thursday though but fingers crossed for great results
i'm counting down the weeks to go dress shopping for my daughters christening, its definitely keeping me focused, i hope to be in at least a size 12 by then (just under 11 wks, eeeek hope i can do it) just gotta work my ass off lol
doing it differently this time i am actually exercising i have found a brilliant exercise i LOVE and i never ever thought i would say that about exercising lol hahahaha
this is what i do every week Home - Funkyclubfitness its boxing mixed with circuit training
its quite intense but you can do it gently if you wish but my motto is "no pain no gain" so i push myself that little but further every week so hopefully i will be at my goal weight sooner rather than later

well done hun. the exercise vid sounds great becareful exercising in the first 2 weeks.
i have the 30 day shred and love it but last time i did it i didn't lose any weight that week gonna try again when i start losing again.
keep going hun can't wait to see you loss.

ok so i am on day 8 on SS and i just dont know why i did it but i ended up eating about 20 chippy chips :cry::cry::cry::cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
i am so gutted with myself, what an idiot i am :eek: :eek:
this sort of behaviour is not going to get me thin is it!!
god i am so stupid!!

right I need to put this behind me and start again and remind myself of just why i am doing CD
