Suggestion from a newby

Hi all - sorry to come on here & muscle my way in with new ideas
But I came on here by accident searching for sausage & yogurt syn values.
As they change over the years, is there anyway the front list could be updated, showing the correct at the time of looking syn values or am I looking in the wsrong place

Try having a look in the "Syn Values" thread - if you ask somebody can update them if they aren't already

Off topic, but I actually thought you were my best friend and she'd joined Minimins too! Her name is also Kim Evans!
