hey all , well after spending a couple of months and more going up and down on atkins i have decided to try to give myself an edge to go and hopefully develop good 'lifetime habits'.
i figure that given the ups and downs with my weight loss that there must be somewhere im falling down even if its unconsious, so ive had a good look into different kinds hypnosis tools out there and setled on the hypnosis networks , enjoying weight loss. ive had good results with hypnosis for other things so i am a believer in all things subconsious .(even if i cant spell it Lol)
it basically lets you pick youre plan (atkins for me ) and helps you make the right decisions when trying to loose weight , no matter what youre programme, ie excersize , portion controll, habits ect.
i figure if i develp 'good habits' surrounding my atkins programme i might be able to illiminate the little things that might be holding me back.
but mostly i feel that i have a mentality, that 'allows' me to go mad when im away from every day situations such as holidays , stressfull events ect, this i want to illiminate, why cant i allow myself to have a healthier mentality all the time ,i want to be able to maintain a healthy excersize programme all the time not in fits and spurts that i can be prone to.Im really trying to stop upping and downing so i can develop good habits surrounding my whole wellbeing so that im more stable for life . i figure that anything we do is habit , whether its healthy eating , over eating or smoking so developing new habits will guide me into a much better liflong habit surrounding diet and exersize.
so i thought on this thread i can tell you all about my journey , we are going on holiday on friday so its a good time to see how i handle the trip and what i 'allow' myself to eat and do .
i listened to the introduction cd's last night which has a short hypnisis session to encourage lots of water drinking , eating paterns ect (suggests eating more at breakfast lots of green veg ect..)
this morning i listened to cd 2 track 1 this morning so lets see how it goes:0)
