Summer Challenge 2013.

No I dont have a diary, I should have started one with before pics etc but I havent done it yet x
 
Ladies - does anyone fancy setting an exercise challenge - I know a lot of us are walking daily - shall we all commit to do some form of exercise each week - i.e. donna 3.5 hours, o done, 0 to go

we could open a separate thread or keep it all together

I am going to start doing leslie sansone each day (starting with the 1mile one on youtube)

hi lulum1986 - i find minimins and the friends i make on here keep me motivated and focused - are you using your diary? (i'll have a peak) you have done so well = 64lbs is an amazing loss - it does get harder as you get close to the finishing line - most of us use myfitnesspal - i find it really keeps me truthful about calories and its great to nose at friends meals to get ideas on how to cut back further whilst making the most of every calorie - if you join up feel free to add me as a friend

A big thank you, going stay on track till Easter weekend, I log on mfp everyday it really as helped me- same username for me so I'm easy to find!

I love the idea of added exercise on here or starting a new thread either way I'm joining! I make sure I walk to school everyday that's how I fit my walking in and its 30 mins each way so when I walk there twice a day that's 2 hrs of walking, sometimes I walk to shops on the way back so its even longer!
 
Well when I lost all the weight I was using my fitness pal for everything and was doing amazing but to be honest I haven't really used it properly since December. I even lost weight over Xmas. But I think fresh start now today and everything I eat I will weigh and add to my fitness pal and keep coming on here. Yeah I will add you. What is your username? X

Course it isn't welcome bekxx - we also have a fun exercise challenge running alongside if you are interested - exercise can be anything from a slow walk to climbing ben nevis!

Im on mfp, same name as on here, it would be lovely to have some motivation on there too. I used to have one but i stopped it when I had a bit of a break but now Im back (for good this time I hope!!) i might try and dig it out.

Well done on the losses girls. I have my weigh in tomorrow. Been using my rower for 30-45 mins every day but this might affect my losses as its building muscle? I bought a cross trainer today to alternate with the rower so I dont get bored x
