lmao! Yes, my tip to lose 4lbs in a week is to get the flu

I'm losing about 2lbs a week on average, which I'm really pleased with - I recommend large portions for your meals with lots of superfree (stops me snacking!), exercise (I go to the gym for 30-45 mins about three times a week) and being 100% the majority of the time. And not beating yourself up when a bottle of wine slips down your neck, haha, just getting right back on track the next day

Thanks for the advice, Ive just had a virus but unfortunately I don't go off food when I'm ill, although I did lose 3.5lb last week with no excercise. Felt really shocking though, so not the best way to have a good loss ps you're doing great, you could have gone for the wrong types of foods as you were ill x
