Hi i'd love to join this too please! Just started with slimming world 2 weeks ago and put on 1.5lbs my first week (though i did take a bit to get used to it - ok i cheated a little) but this week i lost 7lbs which is the most i've ever lost on a diet before in one week so i'm motivated at the moment! Thought this would help me more! I'm gonna aim for 22.5lbs and that will be a total of 2 stone to 21st June so i'll add myself to the list xx

Woo hoo, this group acheived 17.5 lbs off for this week. That's a lot!

I've not been doing very well (oooooh too many crisps and chocolate and croissants ... too much :( ) this week but am trying to salvage my earlier errors of judgement. I had a phase of being peed off with not being able to eat the same as my family. Had a chat with myself and pointed out that I can eat the same as everyone else if Iwant to but really I want to lose weight. Choosing to eat differently is to my long term benefit.

Her's to a stupendous loss for us all this week.

I've been good all week but went out for tea last night and now had a cream egg after lunch, so I'm hoping to contribute 2lb but I would be happy with half!
 
i went out yesterday and had fish and chips!! i didn't eat the batter and think the chips were about 10 syns
going to keep a food diary for this week to make me more accountable of what i'm eating...finding it very hard.....but i have these 4 words to keep me going.....committe focus believe achieve......

Having a food diary is a very good idea, will you do it on Minimins? I'm sure people will flock to give you support and advice.
