Summer's weight loss journey - one day at a time

2nd day back on plan 100% and I'm feeling fab! Went to Zumba earlier which was tough but fun.

B-bannana. Beans on toast (hxb)

Have been meaning to try out a zumba class for months now, how do you find it?
 
The watch is awesome! It tells you your heart rate and beeps if it's not in fat burning target zone!
Zumba is good, been to loads of different classes. You can tell if it's a proper Zumba instructor by the class, I went to one once which was basically aerobics to Latin music!!
Did combat today which is one of my other favourites, burnt around 40 calories more than in Zumba.
 
Yesterday was another on plan day...ish. Just a few too many syns. Gave in to hormonal teary choc cravings and demolished around 15 syns worth of thorntons having already used my syns for the day.
Watched monsters university and despicable me 2 on DVD yesterday, they were amongst my Christmas prezzies and cheered me up.

Started to look at holidays yesterday too, hoping for a week in the sun in march.

Brunch - toast (hxb) with spaghetti hoops and poached egg

Dinner - pork medallions with carrots, sprouts, mustard mash (1 syn), parsnips, apple sauce (1 syn) and gravy (1.5 syns)

Snacks - 2 mini shortbread stars (3 syns)
2 peppermint creme chocs - (6 syns)
HXa was milk in tea and coffee

Ouch, body attack tonight. First time doing the class and it was really tough. Burnt less calories than in combat or Zumba but felt like I worked harder.
Spent a few hours at the hospital this afternoon with one of my best friends, she had a growth scan for her baby boy, he's due in 10 weeks. So excited to meet him!! All these babies are making me super broody!

Today's diary.

3.5 lbs off this week so half the Christmas/New Years/December gain is gone, yay.
On nights for the rest if the week now so expecting to feel groggy and bloated :-/ roll on Friday!

Going into town in a while to pick up my new phone and a few essentials to keep me on track with the plan. Was hoping to go to the gym this morning too but don't feel I have the energy.

What do you have when having indian food? I have no idea the syns of Indian food! Havent had one since joining SW... Would be too desperate for peshwari naan :rolleyes:

I love indian more thsn chinese snd couldn't cope not going out lol. I have a poppadom with onions to start (4 syns) then rogan Josh or dhansak for main (6.5 syns) with boiled rice. And its tough avoiding bread but second nature to me now!!

Horrific shift at work today and been a victim of card fraud just the icing on the cake. Been completely incapable of sticking to syns today for the second time in 3 days. This has really annoyed me especially after working so hard to stay on plan on my night shifts. Not looking forward to weds WI now, just need to work extra hard tomorrow.
