Sunday menus :)

    Yet again, a green day here :D

    Got up late so have just had lunch of 4 ryvitas (hex b) with marmite and 2 quorn sausages

    Tea will be cous cous with salad and more quorn of some kind lol

    snacks will be muller lite, banana and strawberries.

    Possibly some more ryvitas with a bit of grated cheese later to get my hex a's and my other hex b in lol

    Green day for me too.
    Scrambled eggs, mushrooms and baked beans with 2 slices wmeal toast Hexb.
    FF Yoghurt and a banana as lunch time snack.
    This evening is a meal at my Mum's ;-
    Garlic Mushrooms (cooked with Olive Oil - syns)
    Cock au vin (hexb) with mashed potato.
    Cheese (hexa) and biscuits (syns).
    Ohh and wine - SYNS
    Think it is going to be a bad one.

    Red day - am I on the right track?


    Hi everyone,

    Breakfast: Sliced melon, strawberries & banana in fat free bio yogurt.

    Lunch: Steamed salmon filllet, salad & 5 small new potatoes in skin, a dash of balsamic vinegar.

    Dinner: Will be chicken breast, veggies.

    Evening snack if required: 2 slices of wholemeal bread,no spread wafer thin ham and mustard.

    Snacks: Fruit/yogurt:

    Milk allowance in tea/coffee

    2 litres of water

    Is this okay, it seems a lot

    I'm on a green day. Breakfast was late, I had 2 boiled eggs with ww brown danish toast, topped with laughing cow and marmite.
    I had a peach and mullerlight for a snack and for dinner I've had soya mince chilli with brown rice. Later I'll have 2 alpen light (hex b) with my bedtime cocoa
