    Morning everyone
    A dull but warmish day here in Wirral.:confused:
    Can't believe it is the 1st day of June.
    Just had a lovely brunch - Quorn sausage, bacon, egg,mushrooms, tinned toms and beans with 3 slices of WW danish(HeB).
    Fell very full now so off to do housework:eek:
    and tonight will probably have Danish open sandwich (HeB) piled high with salad, egg and cheese (HeA) - quite addicted to them at the moment.

    Hi ya Your menu sounds nice

    For me breakfast was usual toast nimble wholegrain

    Lunch I think I will have cheese salad sandwhich

    Dinner I am thinking of making a risotto mould with mushrooms from off the optimise site as it looks yummy:)

    Starting my exercise programme today, later off to do about 1250 metres in the pool.

    And after that I am going to reward myself with a small packet of buttons:drool:

    afternoon all :D

    dull and overcast here at the mo. Am off to take my daughter to a party in a minute :)

    Brekkie was an apple

    lunch was curried cous cous, carrots, celeery, lettuce, boiled egg and 2 quorn sausages :D

    Tea will be ryvitas + marmite :D

    Red Day

    Hi everyone - been raining all day in Greater Manchester:sigh:

    B: Eggs, bacon (no fat) 2 syn free sausages, half tin of chopped tomatoes.
    2 slices of wholemeal (hex b)

    L: Salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and sprouts.
    Fruit & Yogurt

    D: about 7.30pm - Chicken breast and salad.

    Supper: 2 weetabix (hexb) milk (hexa)
