I know fresh/tinned sun dried toms are syns and are usually in oil. But now you can buy dried ones in a bag (pasta aisle) tat you soak in water before you use....are they free?

Does anyone know what I'm on about lol

I know the things you mean, but don't know about the syns, sorry.

They are only tomatoes and salt, but I have a feeling they have syns as they are dried (in the same way an apricot becomes synned when it is dried).

Hopefully someone will be along soon.
