Sunflower Oil - Syns online won't tell me how many syns...

I am a member of SW and have spent the last 20 mins trying to get the syn value of sunflower oil.... but the syns online system is not playing today!


I have tried to get the syns for a tbsp of sunflower oil....
I have typed in: Sunflower oil, sunflower, oil, even tried under tesco's but it won't tell me! What am i doing wrong?
Can anyone assist me? xxx

Did you look under basic foods?
I suspect it will be 6 syns per tbsp

Yep that was the first section I tried.... I have my books at work, so I'll have to look in there later.... pain in the bum!!!

It's in the book, I've just checke

oil all types - 2 syns per tsp, 6 syns per tbsp.

PS - please post syn value requests in the syn value sub forum
