Sunshine's Trip To Pre Baby Weight (start Thurs 13th oct, p 91)

Well the foodie demons were coming on strong tonight but I'm past it now. I want to be slim more than i want munchies and I'm off to mark day 27 done....yay. Going off track is just not worth it for the grief that comes after....... Nite diary x
 
God i've been on here way too long again trying to read everyones diaries... I still Haven't got to Jess's. I will later.

Well as I've been on here for too long I now need to hurry up and get ready to start teaching at 2pm and I need to take some chicken out for dinner. Chicken and rice I think. I seem to be less hungry after chicken so i'll have that tonight. It will be a later dinner as I don't finish teaching till 7 30pm but it's probably better. I have a mini break around 3 so i'll have a late lunch too...probably cd porride and raspberries...same as breakfast.

Gosh I'm bored with CD. How bad is that!! I mainly just have porridge which is probably why. I don't like most of the shakes and the bars set my cravings off.

It's probably a good thing that I have so much on in the next 8 weeks....hopefully it will keep me on track. I'm flying to Dublin 5 times in that time and at a wedding in wales too, along with fulltime teaching! Oh and band rehearsals ready for gigs in Jan. God! Fingers crossed. I so didn't want to be still trying to lose weight so close to all of this coming up....ah well I can't go back........just move along Sunshine...you'll get there.....

Oooohhh nooooooooo...I'm actually working till 8 30pm. I really should look at my diary more often. :( i'm feeling really bloated...i wanted to be a skinny malink when I started back teaching again and be really comfortable but i'm not. It's so hard when that initial buzz goes that you get at the start to keep as happy as you were then....I say you.... I mean me!

Bet you dont look bloated you skinny little thing lol. Think what you looked like 6wks ago and bet you look smaller than then!! Hopefully you have had another good day your willpower is great. Have you tried the choc mint as a hot version its delicious its a wonder your experience with the porridge didnt put you off. Hope your burns healing nicely now. Take Care xxxx

The bruise on my knee is just getting darker. Glad it didn't happen just before the wedding!
 
Hey Sunshine, hope your lessons went well. I have only eaten from a very small CD range- choc shakes, tetras and bars and chick & mush soup and it is only the soup that I have really fallen out with. I had a slurp of OH's choc shake from McD's and I didn't think it was a patch on my CD one.

You might find with all that travelling and running around you will lose weight anyway, but you need to ensure you take care of yourself, especially with multiple flights.

And I agree with Julie, I bet you are miles away from bloated!

Hope the lessons are going well for you. I don't know how you manage to stay on track and think you're actually really focused. I know you feel like you're slipping at times and that you might not have the initial buzz, but it must be hard with all the travelling around you do.
For me that's when I give myself the excuse to eat something. I've been busy today and not at home and I haven't been that good today. Tomorrow is another day though and you're one of the most motivational people on here, so I'm sure you'll get back on track!
 
Well done Sunshine on remotivating yourself... you definately sound on track and your head is in the right place now. Glad your burns are healing too, how awful the things you have been through recently.

Thanks to everyone. I'll reply in a bit. :) Just done teaching...luckily it went fast..i do enjoy it but it's very full on.

Just about to have my hot chicken, rice and veg, catch up on the water and a whole load of girlie TV...... :)

Thanks but I'm def not smaller than 6 weeks ago as my weight has yoyo'd all summer...

My willpower is rubbish at the moment but I;m fighting to stay on plan.... I don't get it...i love CD and i enjoy doing it so i don't know why i have a constant battle in my head. However i;ve seen my CDC this morning which has really helped get my head straight. She siad if i have an off day on 1000 that I won't lose that week at all so hopefully that will keep me on track. I'm still on my 28day 100% and still on track....long may it last :)

I forced myself to eat porridge the next day lol.....i did have it cold tho lol. I enjoy it with fruit but can't eat it on its own anymore.

Awwwww your poor knee! how do we do these things to ourselves!!!lol

I think i will be so busy it will make me more dretermine... hoping so... there has to be some bonus in being that hectic.

I'm def blaoted and have tummy rolls again. I'm still small but i'm just uncomfortable in my skin at the moment and only i can do something to change that. So i'm still on my mission to stay 100% and hopefully get back to really enjoying cd again. I'm getting there day by day and i suppose when i start seeing results again i'll get that brilliant buzz again.

I meant to swop some choc shakes today for tomato and chilli soup and i completly forgot boo. Ah well next time.

Well I wasn't staying on track and had a giant battle to get back on 1000 and be focused. As i said before a good chat with my cdc has probably helped loads.

Why wouldn't you lose? I don't get that. :confused:

She said that on 810....it's such limited calories that one day off you'd still lose. She's not saying to do that of course :) But on 1000 we're not so restricted in kcal intake so you dont get that dramatic reduction of kcal the rest of the week..... eek i can't explain it on here x
