Good luck hun - I'm going to try not daily weighing too, at least for the first week (even on 1000) I know that my body is a bit all over with all the junk I've eaten recently, and it does get me down seeing it too high!
I am upping fluids today too, trying to stay between here and my assignment to get things done, but I don't want to stray from here anymore, I NEED to be concentrating back on the weight loss again.
We're going away 3 weeks today aswell, not to anyway as nice as you - just to Butlins, but v much looking forward to the break none the less, just hoping to be able to stay on track none the less. It's what makes me think I may do 1 week 1000, 2 weeks 810, and then 1000 whilst away again, and then carry on 810 from there. I don't want to pressure myself toooo much if that makes sense, but I also want to get the weight off aswell, but unlike previously I'm not soo much in a hurry to get it off "in the next week" just get it off and keep it off - that's the important thing in the run up to the wedding xx
