hi there im a little confused and need a little help , wanting to try a super express day. do u choose 2 (he) a, and 2 (he) b?
and use the highest syn value on yur syns ?
so i pick 2 he of each from both red and green days and weigh and measure all of those eg , milk bread meat fish , potatoes and pulses ect , and eat as much free foods as i like ?
could someone please explain to me in simple terms lol ,
