Super noodles on red days?

I know they were free on green days, can anyone tell me the syn values for them on red days?

You can use 1 syn for every 20 calories to work this out but be warned they are likely to be very high. To be honest probably not worth having on a red day. Better to either go EE or green and HEB some meat.
