I appreciate this is probably a really daft question, but I'm still getting to grips with all this 
When it says 1/3 of your meal should be super speed foods, does it mean at least 1/3? Just had salmon with a plate full of super speed veg for my tea and then panicked that maybe it was the ratio of free food to super speed foods that made the food optimising work??
Just hope I haven't got it wrong on my first proper day
