Super Speed receipies

I had a quick search for super speed, but couldnt see a thread just for Super Speed receipies (apologys if there allready is it wasnt a thourough search!)

But i know of the super speed soup, didnt know if anyone else had managed to cobble together any other receipies with lots of ss in it? would really appreciate links/ posting on this thread if you have im looking for a boost!! lol

How about a mixed bean chilli (there's a recipe in the new magazine), various tinned beans, tinned lentils, baked beans, tinned tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrot - lots of speed and superspeed in there!
